The Rosedale Hewens Academy Trust sponsors a number of high performing schools and colleges in Hayes and the immediate area. The Trust seeks to appoint innovative and enthusiastic practitioners to join a dynamic team of professionals who have a proven track record of success, adding demonstrable value to the academic outcomes of students.
Are you an inspiring and talented teacher, passionate about your subject with sights firmly set on making a genuine difference?
Do you have the ability to vigorously promote, organise and deliver high quality lessons for 11-19 year olds of all backgrounds and abilities?
Do you look forward to the prospect of gaining early recognition for your own skills and abilities, being supported every step of the way in terms of professional development?
If the answer to the above is “Yes”, then we would like to hear from you.
Successful candidates will already be fantastic classroom teachers who relish the opportunity to access professional development, including NPQML and NPQSL together with practical support on the ground. Our training programme at all levels seeks to raise awareness of emerging developments and prepare individuals for greater responsibility. The Trust encourages primary and secondary practitioners to work together in developing cross-phase learning activities.
